Best way to Improve Handling

What is the best way to make your car handle tight and grip the road and will match my Sportline springs?

Sway Bars. Stut Bars, or Heavy Duty Shocks

springs/shocks/struts
full-length SFCs
LCA/UCA
panhard bar.
