I have that much clearance between my coilover springs and my rim/tire... Is this enough?

I ordered 1/8 spacers just in case, and will loosen up the shock mount to try and get some clearance there as well if needed. I could go with an 8" spring, but don't want the ride too hard...

I've got just about that much with my combo and wheels. IMO if it isn't hitting from the get go, it wont since it is not a moving part. The strut does not move in relation to the wheel at all, so it will never change its clearance. I've seen it so close that it wears some text off the tire but thats it. Good Luck!

I want to measure mine. It doesn't look that tall.

plenty of room up front. If it was the rear that would be a different story.

I think I am ok in the rear. I just coughed up a lot of jack on Koni quad shocks. Turned them around and have at least 1/2 inch from the tires and the quad has at least an inch clearance from the shock.

We'll see once I get it aligned and then test drive.

Should be good. If you are worried, put some chalk or paint on the spot closest to contact, go for a ride and check.

But typically the rim doesn't move in and out in relation to the strut plane
