Bi-Xenon HID

I saw that Cobra. It was nicely done. I think he used BMW E36 projectors in his.

There was also a 94-98 black Cobra that had them done on corral.net. Another nicely done car.

I'm doing them currently for my Fox MUstang. i just actually haven't begun, but i have parts.

Because that's not really true be-xenon.

It acheives the same function, but it's purely an aftermarket conception to solve the problem of a high and low beam.

True bi-xenon uses a HID projector that raises a flapper to projeck light above the cut-off line inside the projector. It uses one bulb, but low beams have a cut-off line while the highs do not.

But why bother with the high-low if low beam only kits are brighter than halogens anyway? Not like you will pass inspection by having a high beam...the kit is illegal period

QFT. good points.

<--- puts on flame suit and waits for the "I drive around with HID's and cops don't care and i don't blind people " post

I drive around with HID's and cops do CARE, and i know that i blind people :(
I've been asked about my lights twice now by cops.... One at a stop light that just wanted to tell me that it looked good, but then gave me the "you gotta be carefull with those" lecture.

I'm suprised the cops even bother you... with all the bright ass HIDs running around LA, i never get questioned or stopped for my HIDs... Maybe the valley is different though. I used to be a cop anyway though, so i can talk my way out of it if i ever ran into an a-hole cop... lol

That'd be guido's cobra. i thought they were nicely done as well, but the folks on hidplanet think otherwise. said it's a hack job or something to that effect.

the headlights are not included, ive been meaning to buy new headlights anyway since the ones from blueoval are trash. By the way this is getting done till march 10th, his waiting list is very long.

Since he's booked that far ahead, try emailing my friend Caesar here: [email protected] and tell him Sanford referred you.

His website is www.high-intensity.org and he's very well known in the retrofit HID community. Check out his website and his work.

Just a thought.

Here's mine... No projectors, no cutoff line, no anything... Scattered bright ass light but it does the job. Not bad for $80 shipped.

i contacted caeser at lightwerks a couple weeks ago and he said that a full hid retrofit would be alot more then $650, ive seen the work retrosolutions does and im positive its gonna turn out good. As for the long wait it'll give me time to save up.
