Hello!

I have a big play in the steering and wonder what it can depend on?
Tie rod maybe?

Pretty sure it's your rag joint in the steering shaft.

Could be the inner &\or outer tie rod ends, steering rack bushings or the rag joint or a combination of all 3.

I got mine from Ford. What a difference in handling when it is fixed. I looked like a drunk driver everywhere I drove and sucks driving into corners.

I can't remember the exact price but I think it was around 250 or so. You could get one from an online salvage yard.
