Okay, I've decided that instead of buying heads, intake, and cam for my windsor this summer, I will wait until I can do the entire engine the way I want it all at the same time. However, I am taking it to have the starter fixed tomorrow and wondered how much trouble it would be to add a new ignition system and exhaust, because these wouldn't have to change with a different motor setup. My question is, is MSD the way to go, and how much will a good ignition system cost?

MSD is great, can't go wrong with them.

BUT.. wait till you do the whole engine.. it's just easier that way.
