The Tabs on the AMERICAN MUSCLE Grille dont line up with the housing on the CS billet grille (must be for fog light delete housing only).

Anyway, Took my time removed the stock one and painted it, prepping it carefully and applying several light coats.

If you do, you need to buy about 18-20 (10 cents each) one way push retainers (little ones that look like washers). I got the smallest ones they had from ACE hardware. You have to cut off the ones holding the grille on now. There are two sets of 7 or 8 of them. Took me about 30 minutes to cut them all off..have to be really careful. You can separate the chrome part from the housing..there are 3 sections all put together inside the opening. I scuffed up the chrome with a red scotch pad, then cleaned it, then used BULLDOG Adhesion Promoter, 2 lite coats, then Satin Black Krylon, 2 lite coats, then 1 medium coat.

Absolutely, looks better than I imagined it would. Definitely skip the hood decal now, I think it would take away from the grille.
