Black Bullitts On! PICS

Lookin' sweet man!

Some people aren't a fan of this .... but painting the tail light bezels black may look good. I hate it when someone tells me I SHOULD do something. Whatever your taste is. Just a thought. I know I painted mine to match the wheels ... and got smoked lights ... and everything suits MY taste now. A small spacer may help the rear, too. Just some constructive thoughts.

Regardless, she looks awesome as is.

odd you say those things..... i was going to actually get the bezels painted but ive changed my mind. i want to be different. im going to paint the wing black. i know i know...you guys are probably thinking "has he lost his mind?"

i think it will be different but a good different. also the wheels spacers....i wanted some 3/4" inch ones but the more i look into them, the more horror stories i hear. now i know if you get the good ones with the studs, they are supposedly safe but im not sure i want to try it now

i appreciate all the compliments guys. im just still adjusting to the change. i went from silver cobra rs to these.

im not sure im totally happy with the front tire size i chose. i originally ordered 255/40s and when i got them in and looked at them, they look rubber-bandy to me. so i ordered the 255/45s and they almost seem tallish?

i am going to do the steeda x2 balljoints and leave the spacers out to drop the car 1/2" in the front. i think that will help and give it that stance i am after.

note: if you are thinking about getting the sumitomo htr z tires like i have now, they are a good tire but bear in mind, the 255/40s and the 255/45s have a wheel protector. the 275s do not...so the wheel actually "sticks out" from the tire about a 1/4 of a inch. almost looks like the bead isnt where it needs to be but its just the way the tire is made. i think it looks gay on my car and kinda ruins the back of it. hopefully not many people will notice. had i known this before hand, i might have went with a different tire

That will look good, too man.

I painted my rear spoiler and the bezels on my old yellow '95. It looked really good. And when I get my S281 for this car .... it will be black as well.

great minds think alike? :p

Man, that looks great fiveoho!! :nice: I think you made the right choice.

thanks man! i bugged you enough about what tire size to run on the fronts. as you can see, i went with the 255/45 and i think i like it. the 255/40s would have made the fenderwell look gappy i think?

we match!......kinda feel bad for being a poser tho. sorry :nonono:

post the pics of the tail lights asap

 Don't sweat it, I'm not the first to do this, and you won't be the last. Besides, I have a stripe, a cobra hood, and with the Drag Launch springs... the blessed 4x4 look. :rlaugh: Not to mention mine is Vibrant Red too. Also, I'll be losing my tail pipes soon. Going with turn downs when I get back to a muffler shop. :nice:

I hope to put the taillights in this w/e when I put new rear shocks on. :nice:

Post pics of the black spoiler when you do it. :) I would love to paint the roof of the car black, but I'll never drop that kinda money unless something bad happens to the car. :nonono:
