Black chips and water from the exhaust

So I took the car for long ride (about 250 mi) speeding constantly at about 60-80 mi/hr with some WOTs. Everything looked fine, RPM is at 2.6k-3.2k at that speed, coolant temp at 200-205 and so on. I filled the car with gas and hit the way back home (another 30 mi). When I parked the car and next day I run the car and it threw black chips (small black residuals ) with water from the exhaust tips. I didn’t notice any smoke only that water mixed with black chips as the car was warming up to the normal temperature(maybe 10 mins and getting less gradually). I took the car for a short drive and everything looked normal.
Is that something normal after that long drive?

The car is 1990 Mustang manual and it has many modifications. Exhaust system is Hedman EL Headers, Magnaflow Xpipes (no CATS) and Magnaflow Cat-back. I really don’t use this car as a daily driver.. maybe once or twice a week for about 10 mi.. and warming up from time to time.

Some water is normal. It's the hot exhaust air hitting the cooler exhaust pipes and condensing the water out of the air. Normally should quit after a few minutes. Now if it's coolant...

The black chips are most likely a buildup of carbon in the pipes and mufflers breaking loose. Extended driving on a car that's not driven daily could help these break free. Check the chips with a magnet and see if they are rusted metal... could be pieces of internally rusted mufflers.

coolant level stays the same and no overheating or so.. Today I run the engine and I didnt see anything coming out.. just after 5-7 mins few drops of water and that's all.

In fact, after that long ride, I feel that the car has a better throttle response now... and all parts are playing together... it just drives greater, man.
