Black Magic fan wiring (5 wires)...anybody got a pic?

Well today right before we were going to mount the fan (FTI combo was being installed...got it started by the way )...it got knocked over and the wires all came out of it right above the fan...and I need to know how to wire the fan...I have no clue about anything to do with wiring...it was on the car when I got it...pics would be nice...

Also if this matters...the previous owner has got a switch so that I can turn on the fan manually (ON) and on the other setting (OFF)...it will kick on when I turn on the air conditioner...and also on the (OFF) setting it will kick on during regular driving also...guessing it does that when the engine reaches a certain temp...if that has anything to do with the wires...

There is a B,C,G,+, and a "M" I believe...where all the wires go...
