Black paint/blue interior??

Right now my mustang is a factory light blue color with light blue interior. I am gonna try to get a paint job in the early summer. I would really like to go with black, or possibly some kind of bright blue. Does anyone have a black paint with blue interior setup? I am curious as to how this looks. It sounds ok, but I am just worried that it may look strange for some reason since the only black stangs I have seen either had red, black or gray interior. If you have a pic I would love to see it. thanks

what year is yours? My car is light blue (bimini blue) and it has a gray interior. I thought only white cars got blue interior.

Mine is an 88 LX Notch 2.3. The car has been repainted but I was told it was still the factory color. I really don't know though. Not that it matters, I stole the car for $900,

I personally think a black paint with blue interior would look good. Right now my car is factory blue with a blue interior. Although, I have put in some different seat covers and floor mats and things that are all black, so really it is a black and blue interior. I always liked the way black and blue looked together, so my vote is to go for it.

mine is twilight blue with blue interior, i think blac would look good with it myself.
there should be a tag near the hood latch in the front with a paint code for the original color if you want to know it. or on the door (if it wasnt painted over) should be 2 digits. mine is MK

A friend of mine has a black '88 5.0 Mustang with the blue interior. Looks good, I like it except for the base model seats

Add a lil purple and you will look like a bruise hahahahaha.. Seriously it will look just fine.
My interior is also red and I like it also beings parts are cheap and plentiful. Just picked up some door runners for 2bucks
