Black Smoke when accelerating hard

May I ask in all seriousness what a rear main would have to do with blowing black smoke which would be fuel related because oil related is blue smoke

It drips enough to cause a good amount of build up behind the flywheel and under a load it comes out through the gaps and burns on your exhaust? I also stated mine was BLACK smoke, not blue. I originally thought it was blue, and a friend of mine told me it smelt like oil. It is very easy to mistake blue/black smoke when your on the move.

Not being an ass I am being serious if you had that big of an oil leak to reach your exhaust from your bell housing to create smoke the motor would be out of oil in a few Minutes

I went through a quart of oil about every 2 months. To remind you, I don't drive this car, but to work and back (2 mile trip) all together. The leak wasn't "Massive" but it was enough to cake the whole bottom of my bellhousing, dust cover and other numerous spots under the car. I am not sure how you get the idea, if its big enough to to reach your exhaust your leaking so bad you run out in minutes.

I just gave my solution to my problem, that's all. Since this was done, I have yet to have any smoke when I accelerated.

I was legitimately asking how you surmised that that's what it was there is no need to get defensive about it I do this stuff everyday for a living I am a heavy diesel mechanic

You know it. Family size on the passenger seat. What you didn't know was there was a stick taped to the hood dangling a Dorito out in front of the car for motivation. ( we had to sneak that part through tech inspection )
