Blew HG at the track ---> New Combo

Last weekend I blew my left head gasket on my first run at the track. I missed a gear and went to 7k and leaned it big time. BOOM big poofy sloud of white antifreeze smoke/steam. Even with that little mishap the car trapped 115.25
My new combo is as follows. Should be in by mid Dec.

Keith Craft 331 302 R block Sonic checked/ Forged eveything girdled and balanced/blueprinted. Canton Pan and so on. 8.5 compression

Edelbrock Victor Jr Heads.

Custom ground cam

60# Injectors

My KB Blowzilla pullied for 16-18#

Steel scatter shield.

Spec Stage III clutch

Billet flywheel

Tremac 600 trans

I should have alot of parts for sale in the next month or two. AFR's, Intakes, Cam, Injectors, Trans and so on.

Your car was screaming. Too bad it didn't stay together.

Two things....

1) Why a 331? 347 is the same price. I'd take the cubes.
2) With 60 lb/hr injectors, you're going to need a low impedence injector driver board. Those = $$$.

WOW! That's a monster you are building. Its nice to see someone step it up with a KB. Don was leading the way, but he switched to a MONSTER turbo setup. Send me an email as soon as you decide to start selling stuff. You have a lot of stuff I'm interested in and I don't think I'm that far from you either so I could probably come pic some stuff up, perhaps even the shortblock if its in good shape.
