Blower Gauges

Boost is obviously a must. I have an Autometer analog needle gauge, which looks nice with the needle bouncing around....but I'd rather have a digital gauge that monitors boost in very visible digital numbers.

I have the A-pillar 3 pod bezel. I've got the autometer boost gauge, the autometer digital wideband, and an aeroforce interceptor OBD gauge.

If you only want 2 gauges, I highly recommend the aeroforce duel gauge digital package

A wideband is absolutely mandatory. Fuel pressure is also very important. Boost is nice, but you don't actually have to have it.

The Aeroforce Interceptor gauges posted above are very nice. If you get the wideband sensor and controller, you can hook them up through the Aeroforce gauge.

If you wanted 3 gauges, I'd go boost gauge and 2 Aeroforces. If you wanted 2 gauges, I'd go boost and 1 Aeroforce or just 2 Aeroforces. If you have a 99-04 car, you can view the fuel pressure through the Aeroforce gauges.

I bought the triple pod that replaces the cd player on older cars up to '00. Have boost, oil pressure and AFR..

I say skip the gauges altogether and go for the stock look. Skip the boost gauge, it makes what it makes. AFR is nice to have but if you have a solid tune up you really don't need to watch this either. The only time the fuel pressure is going to matter will be under boost and the AFR will quickly indicate a problem there

I caught a slipping belt on mine with my boost gauge. Besides, they look undeniably cool in a Speed Of Sound pillar pod

I couldn't disagree more. If someone has spent as much money as I have on my build, you want to 100% on top of EVERYTHING that is going on with the car. Im really surprised to see a post like this from such a knowledgeable member.

If you look in my car you will see two gauges. Oil pressure and fuel pressure. Both mechanical gauges mounted to the cowl of the car and that is it. I dont even have as much as a tach, just a small led shift light on the column. All too often do I see people get carried away with a ton of gauges all over the car. How much can you really look at? When I'm going 170+ mph my entire focus is straight out the windshield and not at my guages. Sure cruising around you could notice a small problem but let's say a fuel pump dies, you are on the side of the road either way and haven't done any damage from the lack of load on the car. Then let's say you're wide open throttle and you lose a fuel pump, the damage is done instantly. Were you staring down the Afr gauge while you were driving 100+ mph? Call me a minimalist I guess and I certainly have been criticized here before on this same topic but I'm not one to have or look at a ton of gauges. In years past my 98' was tricked out to the hilt and had the gauge cluster gauges and 3 pillar gauges. I didn't use a single one other than to try and look fast and furious.
