I have a 00 PI motor and im thinking about buying a buddies S-trim. My bottom end is stock so of course im limited on my boost. 10 psi being the most. What kinda power do you think the S-trim and maybe the water injection or intercooler would give me.

10psi is good but has to have a good tune. Water Meth no way with the stock motor if they go much over 400hp boom plus what if the Meth pump goes out like my buddies in lubbock he blew his 10 sec evo motor apart. Then you gota spend 4000 on a shortblock!! Stick with 9psi good tune, intercooled (pump gas)

You don't need water injection AND an IC
I would go with the IC. Roughly the same price, and it looks sexy. No tanks to forget to fill.
If you do buy the S/C, Get a 3.25" pulley. This should make 11psi at 6K rpm, or 10psi at redline (5,800rpm)

I have run 14 psi on my stock motor for 2 months.
Currently I run 10-12 depending on the temp outside (turbo)
see my sig.
Just get the tune conservative, 11:1 max a/f and not much timing and she should last forever. I have over revved my engine countless times (a friend punched it in first gear, a BIGGGG no-no in my car, and Pegged the Tach at 8K momentarly. Thus producing 18psi of boost. I got lucky on that one.. But it goes to show that these motors are stronger than many think.

where have you found a good IC system for 300 dollars??????

please tell me. I need to get one!! no BS

Search of this site and others. I made mine for a little over 400. I put down 431/419 at 11.25 psi. Thats with a stock intake, heads, cams, and exhaust manifolds. I changed the silicone elbows for less restrictive ones and found a small boost leak which netted me about 2 more psi. I have also added longtubes since the tune. I wouldn't be surprised if I was over 450 now. Even though I only have an et of 12.6. The trap was 121 one with a full weight GT, and me at 277 with poopie 2.2 60ft. Not to mention it was only my second time to a track. So I would think 450+ shouldn't be unreasonable.

Here a link to my set up, not real pretty but functional. I had 465 in parts really only needed about 400.
