Ii have a 92 supercharged 5.0 and for some reason, after it warms up good, it will blow water out of the radiator and overflow. Enough to cause it to overheat. I replaced the radiator cap but that didn't do a think. Do you think the heads or gaskets are out? It seems to just blow water all (and antifreeze) under the hood.

Um, does the coolant smell of fuel at all? I can understand it getting warmer under boost, but mine never spat coolant...if it does you might (probably) have a head gasket leaking. Have you checked your plugs at all? Is it consuming any coolant or mixing it with the oil?

Actually, before I say anything else, how long have you had the supercharger on and have you ever had any cooling issues?

Before you get too far involved, do yourself a favor and change your thermostat. They're cheap and you could probably swap one for under $10. After that, do a good job of burping the cooling system. Get the front end up in the air as high as you can, so the radiator fill is the highest point in your cooling system. Let it come up to operating temp with the cap off and the coolant level should drop once the thermostat opens. Start adding until you can't get any more into the radiator, then start squeezing the upper hose, to work any air pockets out of the engine and to the radiator. Count on spending five or ten minutes just doing this task. Once you're confident that you've gotten all of the air out and te system is topped off, replace the cap and then report back. It could very well just be air in the system and not gaskets.

I actually removed the thermostat a while back. I do have to keep putting antifreeze in it as it all blows out everywhere. I can't smell any fuel in the water. I purchased it with the supercharger so not sure what it did before. It runs extremely well which makes me wonder about the gaskets. I have seen the check engine light come on at times as well. I never see water leaks on the garage floor after parking.
