Blown GT making a ticking sound

Does not sound like a rod bearing. It only occurs at idle. When i give it gas it goes away. I was thinking sticky injectors or valves or something. Any insight would be appreciated.

it could be the injectors, mine are very loud, and the plastic intake makes it echo, but CHECK YOUR PLUGS!!, one may be coming loose, torque to 13ft-lbs on a stone cold engine!!!
