I have a 1998 GT 4.6L that i purchased from a dealer that "did not run" After some investigation I found that the NPI intake had cracked (at the x-over) after the belt broke. The driver did not realize what had happened right away and something internally had let go. My best guess based on the amount of oil that soaked one of the spark plugs is that it threw a rod.
Instead of messing with it I bought a new motor. The old motor I will begin to part out after Aug 8th. The new motor had a dorman NPI intake with alum X-over. This is also up for grabs.
