As far as i know, it is the same shape and design as the ford pi intake. basicaly its only good for people with nitrous and dont want to shatter their intakes from a backfire. no gains !!!

correct me if i am wrong, not 100% sure

CobraRed_96_GT,
Did someone really post the quote in your sig???

I know of two people whos castings had pin-holes in them and spit coolant out. Not to mention it actually LOST power at certain points in the powerband on a BUILT motor with heads and cams.

Its not worth it. the stock intake manifold isnt that bad of a design.

1st of all, it's not exactly the same as the stock manifold. 2nd, it's crap. the only people to report gains is MM&FF that i've seen so far. and i take their results with a grain of salt.

yup, I read their article about it.. pretty much they're like "omfg this is the best thing since sliced bread," then professional products hands them a huge canvas sack with a dollar sign on it

I have one of these intakes and its a bit overpriced. You have to get cams to notice a big difference. The runners are different than the pi intake and it is ported. I noticed midrange torque difference.

Honestly, i'm intersted in getting them, because I'm thinking about New P&P head and cam for this winter, and if they do what they claim, it'll be nice addition to it.

plush i like anything thats shinny

THere is got to be someone who have these, and have real world dyno number

Well now think about it.... if it's a full bolt-on car with VT Stg 2 cams... properly tuned (look at the A/F readins at the bottom it's a bit rich at the end 12.2:1, location is in Texas and the time is near midnight. From the graph it's very werid .... if you read the Test Comments in the block right above the graphs... it' says the base run was done on a NOS tune NO NOS... and then look at the dasked A/F and it just falls off the scale at the beginning of the run... now to me it looks like it's a bit skewed. What do everyone else thinks????

I am still thinking aobut it for the reason of I'm going to spray more that 150 shot and it will handle a back fire.
