Parts are cheap, customer service blows. The guy was a jerk on the phone when I asked him to ship $350 worth of parts to my work so they didn't sit on my front porch for 6 hours. He said they will NOT ship to an address that is different than the billing address. I said "Wow, of all the parts I order on line...you guys are the ONLY ones who have this policy." He didn't care one bit.
