It is fixable. The Mustang I bought had that happen to it. They fixxed it. I do not know what they did but I know it is fixable. What happened to you is a good reason to get hood pins installed on your hood to prevent it from ever happening again.

yea something i am gonna upgrade to very shortly did they take it to a bodyshop? probably something i cant fix myself without some welding i am guessing just wondering if there is an easier way to do it

You can fix it... got any detailed pics of the actual damage? For spots like that where you can't get to the back, use a stud welder and slide hammer. They work wonders :nice: Just make sure to some research on the basics like where on the dent to set the studs up, etc.

the edges are ok its mainly where the plastic insert ends on both sides out almost to where it meets the fenders but not to the edges just sucks because i cant un-bolt it to replace it i would have to cut it out then weld it back. if i cant pop the dents out. thats what it seems like to me at least.:bang:
