body kit?

A buddy of mine has an 01' svt cobra. His dad cracked his rear bumper and now he seems to be taking desperate measures and looking into body kits. I personally are against body kits of any kind. Do you think a body kit is worth it? Do they replace the entire rear bumper?

If it is something he wants to do then this is a good time to do it. If I was him I would put an '03 / '04 back bumper on it. They are hot @$$!
