I am trying to replace a quarter panel on a 94 and I'm trying to figure out the best way to do it. I have drilled out all the spot welds and got it loose around the trunk and tail light areas but what about the door jamb? Where exactly does the panel seperate from the door jamb? Also I was able to remove the sail panel but I can't figure out how the fiberglass piece above the door is fastened to the roof. I peeked under the headliner but I can't see any bolts or anything. How do I remove this?

to take off the peice above the door, remove the rubber weatherstrip, remove the metal strip that the weatherstrip attaches to(i think they are small torx screws),remove the small bolt above the door hinge(i think its an 8mm,not sure),
once you remove all that stuff you should see how the peice comes off(sorry cant remember too clearly)

for the 1/4 panel,i think you have to remove the rear interior panel(armrest)you should see the weld points along the edge.i think the 1/4 and door jamb is all one peice(not too sure,so dont take my word for it)

good luck

The quarter and the jamb are one piece, it will seperate from the rocker panel also, make sure those welds are also taken care of, there are 2 bolts on the quarter window once you remove the interior panel and some welds along under the quarter window panel, you will see them...It's easy and just be patient and careful when you line the new one up...clamp it down and close the door, trunk and install everything to make sure it all lines up BEFORE you re-weld it on. Ask me any questions if you have any.
