Bolt in subframe connectors

get them welded in. that is the best way to do subframes dude. they are more stable and do their job ten times better welded in.

Yeah I agree, welded on subframe connectors strengthens the chassis so much more than if they were bolted on. And I dunno if you have to drill holes in the chassis first or they go into pre-existing spots but I definitely wouldn't drill at all into the chassis.

my wife's vert came stock with bolt-ons. Just had MM full length's welded on a few weeks ago, and the whole car is much stiffer, and there is less creaking and rattling. I would say go directly to a full length weld-on connector.

If you are really set on the roush ones, I would call and ask about installation.

yeah all verts come with subframes installed. they are garbage though. i put in some nice ones off ebay and it took out all the noises in my old vert. at least i didnt have to remove the old ones on my 5.0. these were bolt on's under the seat brackets. i got them welded in and the guy bolted it in anyways for me so i got 2 for 1.

TIP, u can bolt them in, ur probly going to have to drill, then take ur car to a shop and pay them at max $30 to weld them up for u. the local shop charged my $20 to just weld mine up for me.

How much are the roush connectors? Are they full length?

two rules of subframes
1. get full length
2. weld them in

if you get them make sure they are welded in. My experince in looking at roush parts were that 99% of them were overpriced.

anybody with a welder can put them on. exhaust shop is as good a place to start as any.

Weld them or don't do it at all. The car must be properly supported/jacked so that the weight is loaded prior to welding.

Go to the Stangnet regional forum for where you live. Ask where there is a suspension shop near you.

I got Griggs SFC'c installed for $125.

If you want to run a bolt in connector for what ever reason check out the maier racing. I would still do the MM but the maier on the only ones I have seen that are full lenght that have multiple mounting locations.

even though I think this is still not the best, it is the best looking bolt in I have seen.
