Paint and Body Bolt On Radiator Support?

I have a 94 GT convertible and a few years ago I hit a deer and it bent the top radiator support. I was able to pull it out but it still looks like . I was looking on America Muscle they sale a support and someone asked the question if it is bolt on or weld in. And the guy from American muscle said it is bolt on and I'm wondering if this is true?

Nope, the radiator support is weld in.
