What does everyone consider full bolt-ons? I know everyone has different opinions on what they think it is so let me here it.

On another note, do you think it would be possible to run a 13.9 with 4.10s, CAI, 75mm TB, Intake Plenum, 2.5" O/R H pipe with a 2.5" catback, and a Tri-ax shifter? I'll be on decent street tires with the front sway bar removed as well. I ran a 14.9 stock think all my mods will knock off a second or should I leave the Helmet at home? BTW this is at Bandimere Speedway 5800FT.... TIA- Steven

I consider full bolt on mods to be... Cobra badges on your car (preferably a v6 or GT) K&N stickers on both rear windows, Summit racing stickers, a couple of Magnaflow, SLP or Flowmaster decals and an 8-ball shift knob.

AND maybe some racing stripes if you wanna run in the 11s.

Honestly though I consider "full bolt-ons" to be defined as just what the name implies. Anything that can be installed fairly quickly and easily. Exhaust components, intake, various suspension parts, pullies, wheels, throttle body, some may consider gears as a bolt-on and stuff like that.

Is this racing stripe good enough?

with ur elevation u might have a hard time getting into the 13 with those bolt ons, not sure on ur weather tho so could could have a better chance than me, im at 3000 ft and 105 degrees on avarage and sometimes add humidity with it being monsoon season , hp loss sucks with those conditions

Not trying to knock you or anything but the elevation at Bandi is brutal...I don't think you will make it into the 13's...good luck though.

The best I ran stock was a 14.7 and that was about 1000ft lower in Pueblo (still around 4600ft).

Pueblo's track has hardly any track prep, at least that's the way it was when I was stationed out at Carson in 02/03. Hard to get any good times there. Bandimere is higher in elevation but I was always about a .1 or .2 quicker there just because it had good prep work.

Honestly you would need to have a car capable of 12 second passes at most tracks in order to run a 13 at Bandimere.

If everthing goes well i will be running on the 24th of sept with gears. Ill be running the 1st of sept with everything except the gears this way i get a good comparison of how gears help. I know its going to be hard but i think im capable of cracking a 13.9 my race weight is right about 3350lbs. I will keep this thread updated as I get numbers.

Anyone have suggestion to pick up some 10th's?
