I must add, please only post up info if you are 100% sure as to what the bolt size is. Don't guess please....double check if necessary.

Water pump bolt kits - See Totally Stainless for replacement stainless steel bolts. Last time I checked, they didn't have the studs. Nice folks, very into cars of all types. They have all kinds of stainless fasteners for almost every car. The prices are very reasonable, less the $10 for the water pump kit without the studs.

Water pump stud kit
The studs are a Motormite item available at your local Advance Auto Parts store.

Motormite Water Pump Stud Kits for Ford, Lincoln and Mercury cars and trucks w/3.8L, 4.6L, 5.0L, 5.8L.

Here guys I put these in a Google Docs file, hopefully we can get more coming in, I think this thread is a great idea. I'll keep updating it as I finish my build as I have either thrown away or misplaced most of my old bolts.

That's what zip-lock bags are for.... You can even stick a post-it note or scrap of paper inside the zip-lock bag and write on it what the bolts are for. If you are doing a long term project, this is the best way to keep track of the bolts and other small hardware items. Throw all the zip-lock bags in a 5 gallon bucket and it is easy to keep up with all the small parts.

Great thread idea!

If any of you were like me and threw away your old K member before removing the bolts, here's the a arm bolt size.

m16x2.0x117.5. #N808476 S301

They're pretty hard to find...

http://www.palmerbolt.com/catalog.asp?prodid=596691&showprevnext=1

I called up QA1 to see if they had a kit or knew what size they were... they old me to use the old bolts. If they are anything like my K member bolts they were half rusted through and two of them snapped completely off when I went to remove them! Speaking of which I will post those bolt sizes as soon as I get my new ones.
