how safe would it be to run a small single tubo on my setup? (located in my sig)

How many miles are on the engine? What size turbo are you looking at and how much boost were you planning on running?

zero miles on engine everything new, don't really know what type of turbo or boost, need advice. Im running a stock block so I dont really want to go over 450 hp.
