So I'm new to this forum, and i wanted to start out with an engine idea. i know the 4v cleveland heads destroy compression numbers, but instead of using pop up pistons why not give the car some boost to take advantage of that low compression? I've also seen a lot of people compare stock cleveland heads to aftermarket windsor heads, what about using aftermarket cleveland heads on a 302? My last question is since price motorsport makes an adapter, has anyone ever used efi on a boss/clevor before?

what cleaveland heads do you have closed or open chamber? closed chamber heads are somthing like 11 -1 open are somewhere around 9-1 depends on the piston you use

one problem with the open chamber heads is that they are prone to detonation due to no quench area. that said, yes people have built clevor engines with efi. some have used the price adapters, some have modified other intakes to run efi. and while i applaud your desire to build something unusual, a clevor can be a pain to build.
