Ok...crazy electrical issue...

Both front L & R turn lights won't work. Both rears are working fine, when signaling the fast click indicating a problem happens, both bulbs are new and yes they are both plugged in.

Ready.....GO....!!!

Did you check power and ground at the connector yet?

No I haven't...what are you thinking??? Are the front signals BOTH on a separate circuit and maybe it's a fuse??

all 4 turn signal bulbs are on the same circuit.

what I'm thinking is you gave us a very generic description of an electrical problem and we can either help walk you through a pinpoint diagnostic to isolate and repair the issue the first time or we can start rattling off possible causes and fixes and piss your money away. start by verifying that you have both power and ground at the connector. if you don't know how to do this:

key on, engine off or running, turn left turn signal on. test light ground to battery. does it light up on either terminal of the turn signal connector? repeat for right side. now move test light ground to battery positive. repeat on both sides.
