The suspense is over. I ended up getting two deals:
1. Go to court and fight about the truck, loose the Montero but keep the$3k minus lawyer fees and start over with another truck
2. They give me my $3k deposit back and I keep the truck with the deal we hammered out
I went in and made sure they did the work they said they would do (fix the windows, new tailgate trim, new center console, redetail it, new catalytic converter) and I TOOK THE TRUCK. I'll post some pictures as soon as I can.
I didnt want to go without a vehicle any longer and I knew they didnt want a vehicle in their lot that can not be sold due to the situation. This whole thing was such a pain in the ass and I am glad it is over. I have a two year warrenty from the dealership and once that is up this truck will find another home. For now it is my new money maker.
I learned some valuable lessons here; use your contacts wisely and do not trust anyone-especially used car dealers. Those guys are creeps, they have no back bones nor souls.
Thank you all for your words and advice. Tomorrow I turn 26 and it will be my first day with this thing fully in my name and completely road worthy.
