Well, I got it home today, and right away threw my 18"s and a shorty shifter handle on it. I have to say, I am very impressed with the car, the ride is awesome, the power is surprisingly good for a stock mustang, and the looks are just damn sexy lol. I can't wait to see what it feels like with gears in it, among other things.
Also, I put together an extensive wishlist of mods last night. Here's what I'm thinking: BBK ceramic LT headers, BBK catted Xpipe, MAC flowpath catback (have it on my 87, love the sound), FRPP U/D pullies, shytloads of billet bits for the interior and under the hood, Tri-Ax shifter, 98-04 Maximum Motorsports chassis brace package, 02-04 C&L MAF 85mm kit with inlet tube, Professional Products 75MM TB and upper plenum, Tokicko Illuminas, a FRPP tach driver, UPR monster tach bracket, Mach 1 chin spoiler and grille delete, quicklift elite hood supports, and stainless steel bumper inserts.
Nice list, but a couple of points for your consideration: If you must get pullies, get Steeda or some other good quality Non-piggyback type. You may be able to save a few bucks by skipping the MM chassis brace package and only getting the MM full length subframe connectors (I'm not saying the package is a waste, just maybe a little overkill). Save some more bucks by skipping the maf and tube.

04DSGGT- I know they are, I'm running some slimline wheel spacers to make it work, had 'em on my 87 with SN95 brakes for months with no issues. I just wish the wheels were wider, but I'll just have to move to some DD wheels in the future...

On another note, Circuit City did a fantastic job swapping over my infinity, kenwood deck, and kenwood speakers. My car has awesome sound now, all professionally installed.
Is there an air silencer or something in the fender that I should get rid of? I catch the occasional reference in these 4.6 forums, and I know it was a thing to do on the 302s, so can someone fill me in.
