mechanical oil guage is fine to put in the car...just dont use the plastic tubing it gives you. they sell a copper tubing kit for around 10.00. my plastic line broke and sprayed oil inside my truck. replaced it with copper and havent had a problem since

If i could do it over again i wouldnt do the pod, I love the way it looks but at night i can barely see when i make a left hand turn. I have the 2 5/8's though so it might be different with the smaller ones

or you can do 3 gauges and have no vents....I think with the tripple cage you use 2 1/16 and with the doubble cage you can get 2 1/16 or 2 5/8

The pillar pod is the only way to go...I've got 2 x 2-1/16" digital guages. I love em.
