brake calipers

i have a 67 mustang with factory front disk brakes. the drivers side caliper is leaking a little bit and ive already tried to rebuild with new seals twice but it still leaks. so i want to get new calipers but dont know what to get? i could get factory ones but they are like $250 for both of them. are they any cheaper ways to replace both of them? thanks

Call your local partsw house and see if they can have them rebuilt for you.

If you are just looking to replace them for safety and not for correctness, all the parts stores have em. Discount auto, pep boys, autozone. Probably like $35-45 dollars.

edit....I put on 70 brake parts on mine and all the stuff was available. thought that 67 were readily available too, but looks like I may be wrong.

yeah, those 67 ones were the quad-piston type. They are available but not so cheap.
