So, I'm really wanting to do something with my calipers. Since I got my bullitts, you can really see them. So, do I paint them? How difficult is that? Do I remove the entire caliper? What is the difficulty level?

Next question would be what color? Would you go with black, silver, or windveil blue?

unless you're good with a brush, I'd pull the calipers. Make sure you hang them from a piece of wire and not by the brake lines. Just put a garbage bag over the rotor and suspension for over spray. The pads are visible so you would want to pull those out before spray painting. Rough them up so the paint will adhere and use a high temp paint. Red is always a good color, black wouldn't be too visible but it may look ok if you want just a touch of bling. You could of course tape off the rotor without pulling the calipers but you would be painting the back of the outside pad.
