Brake hoses

I was wondering if i can reuse my brake hose from my calipers on my new cobra calipers?

All of the hard lines are the same, but the rubber hoses to the calipers need to be replaced. The fitting that attaches to the Cobra calipers is different than on the GT/V6 lines.
