Brake Light Stays On

It never stops... brake light stays on when I take the parking brake off.

Calipers release everything feels normal.

Any little sensors or what not in there?

Are you low on brake fluid? That could cause it to stay on all the time.

Yeah when i was low on fluid if i braked hard the light would come on. Then it started to just stay on, i topped it off and it hasnt done that since.

it did that on two of my family's other cars (one was a 2003 to boot), there is a relay switch that is either broke or stuck... i'll find out what/where it is later tonight if nobody else chimes in

my neighbors honda did this... there was a switch that was depressed at the top of the break pedal when you let off the brake..... part of this broke and it wouldnt depress all the way, so i JBwelded a penny to the brake assembly

mine did this, and i needed new brales, so after i got my brakes done the light went away.

Brake fluid is good... pads are good... rotors are good... everything seems to be working correctly?

This car is going to drive me insane.
