Hi. Im having a problem with my 91 mustang lx and I need some help. I recently change my rear end from 4 lug to 5 lug rear axles. So I put all new brakes on, new drums, new spring, new brake pistons everything is new. Now the fun starts I get that all done and my right brake drum is getting hot as can be. So I took that drum and swaped it to the other side and that side got warm. So I went and got a new drum, put it on and that new drum gets hot to. Tell me with my luck I got to default drums. There both the same drums and thats were I am getting hit with what is going on. Any help Thanks Martin.
possibly the piston is getting stuck outward, causing the brake to stay engaged at least partially, try putting on jackstands and mess around with it while the car is running...
