Rotors will always be hot after you use them lol. But if they are smoking... and smell really bad... usually you have a caliper that's hung or a rubber brake line that's not releasing pressure. If it's "eaten up" meaning there are huge grooves in it... your probably out of brake pads, and your braking on the metal backing of the brake pad. If you don't know what you're doing... take it to a brake shop and let them look at it... Go to a good, honest one that won't sell you **** you don't need. Either that, or you can buy new calipers, rubber lines, pads, rotors, bearings and seals and replace it all.
