Does anyone have a picture of a brake switch hooked up. When I took the pedals off of my car to switch them to the supercoupe pedals I had to take the brake switch off and now I dont remember how to get it back on. I dont see any possibel way to get it to work. I can get it to fit on the pedal but no way to get it to turn the brake lights on when I hit the brakes.

Thanks
Dan

Do you have it all in and it doesnt work or do you just think it wont work? Its kind of an odd set up but the switch just slides over the shaft. It doesnt have to bump up against anything order to work, its all self contained.

Really. I can push the switch in and the brake lights will turn on but there is no way putting it over the shaft will work. I can try again but there is no way. I think there were some extra pieces that got lost in the whole project. Ill get a new one and see what I can do.

any other opinion would be apreciated.

Thanks
Dan.

I just looked under the dash at the switch but its to tight under there to take a good picture. The switch slides over the little stub shaft on the brake pedal. The shaft is around 1/2" diameter and maybe 1" long. It just has a nylon washer on each side and a spring pin to hold it on.

Try this link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/87-9...ryZ33569QQssPageNameZWD1VQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Maybe your missing the metal bracket part.
