Brakes locked up

I just did my H/C/I swap, and when I took it down the road, the brakes locked up on me on the way back home. I had just put a new mastercylinder on it a week before pulling the motor, and I know it is good. I can put it in gear and start it now, and it just jumps, no tire movement, so I know the back brakes are locked for sure. What could cause this? Could I have pinched a line putting the long tubes and xpipe back on? The driver's side long tube was about an inch low, and I had to jack it to get it up to the xpipe. Any help is appreciated. yeah you could have pinched a line...how were the brakes when you were driving it?

If you pinched line I'm sure you would have noticed a difference driving it.

wait so all four brakes are locked up? or did you do a rear disc conversion? cuz the front brakes=discs and the rear brakes are drums and the front brakes only use the master cylinder...unless you did the conversion in the back. did you bleed the brakes after you did your "brake job"??

Yeah, I had bled them last week, after the master cylinder install.. It was working great.. Now that I did the H/C/I swap this week, they locked up on the test drive. I had to leave it on the side of the road for 4 hours. .just 20 yards from my house. Tonight I went and tried it, and the brakes were loose enough to get it home, but still real tight. I imagine they will be tight again the next few times I use them.. any more ideas?

new calipers? maybe the bleeder inside is shot i dunno.just a guess

if you are sure the linkage is right (people play with the rod, etc), i might try jacking it up, and spinning the wheels to find which are locking. if there is no rhyme or reason for the one that does lock up, loosen the bleeder. if fluid shoots out, the caliper piston is hung up. ive had old calipers do this when heated up or if the brakes are applied for a long period.

now if all are locking up, or they are locked systematically (distribution block), i would look at the M/C rod, etc. other than that, the only thing that comes to mind is if a piece of poo got in the system and is keeping fluid from retracting as it should.

im sure you figured this, but thought i would toss it out. good luck.

Well, it seems that the M/C change I did is not part of the problem. The problem started after the H/C/I swap. I was wondering, I have the upper plenem on the drivers side ran to the 'S' Source on the vacuum T, and the underneath upper plenem in the center ran to the PVC. Would it affect the vacuum 'S'ource if I had these reversed, i.e. too much vacuum since the hose is shorter?
