Breaking in my clutch

Would it be to much or to hard on a spec stage 2 for me to be driving the car in rush hour traffic over the I-5 bridge while my break in period? When i'm sitting still i dont leave the clutch in i have it in N. peace

good one ! I thought the idea was not only to get it to seat but for it to warm up and cool down not stay hot? peace

just drive it normally, well like an otherwise sane driver would(less burnouts, etc..)
