Awhile back I was replacing the heater core hoses at the firewall, and I accidentally severed a few of the vacuum lines when I was tightening the hose clamps with a ratchet. The car runs fine, but I'm just wondering if it these are important hoses that I should get replaced. Here are some pics:

Any idea where I can find some replacement vacuum hoses like these? They are very brittle, not made of rubber, I think they are plastic. Thanks for any help!

In case you can't tell, all the lines on top of the plastic socket (or whatever it is) are cut. The one with electrical tape is how they would all look if I didn't overlay rubber hosing on top of the broken lines. It is a quick fix for now.

You will just have to replace them with regular rubber vacuum hose. I tried a few years back to find a replacement for mine. Ford calls it the vacuum harness, they don't make a replacement nor does Autozone and the like.

So I should just go buy some small rubber hose? How can I plug a rubber hose into the plastic socket? Thanks.

Autozone sells the same stuff in 4ft sections. I think they call it SMOG hose or something similiar. I replaced all of mine with the same stuff.

i got about 6ft of thin rubber hose and just cut to fit, i just slid the ends of the hose onto the plastic lines.....pretty much all of my vaccum lines disintegrated at the slightest touch...

Hey....this is unrelated, but...do you mind me asking where all those vacuum lines go? All of mine from that junction are capped, except one, which goes to my EGR.
