Over the next year im going to be piecing together my Tork Tech Terminator kit. Im going to use the intercooled intake manifold. So far i have aquired the cobra supercharger/plenum/throttle body. I am not really having any trouble sourcing out parts, everything seems pretty easy to get ahold of. I just have a few questions so far.

I am going to be getting a posi race port done on my supercharger and I would like to aim for 500-550rwhp when its all said and done. I know I am going to need to forge my internals but i am not really sure where to look. Is there any full rotating assemblies that you can buy? I would like to maybe bump my displacement to 5L. Is it cheaper overall to just buy a new short block?

Also, what am i going to need to do to my fuel system? I know im going to need a new pump and injecters and stuff, but is there anything else i will need to support 550rwhp?

These are my only concerns as of now. Id appreciate any help! Maybe some other tork techers can chime in and give me some other info i might need or that you may think is handy to know!

Thanks

That is gonna be a lot of work and expense, maybe it would be better to sell gt and get a terminator? Also no posi port for you he is out of business. You might be able to find a posi ported blower for sale though. Stay away from steig.

Tank i will be pming you soon!! I am also going to be buying a clutch. any suggestions?

Kilgore, i already thought of that. but, my GT is payed for and i dont want to take on another car payment. i will be doing this over the course of a year so cost is not a big factor.

how much boost will a lightly ported eaton make? it is pretty much just smoothed it. Will it be able to support 550rwhp? or will it need to be sent away to be ported?

550rwhp on an m112 is kinda pushing it, on a very lightly ported eaton your looking at 460-500rwhp on 15-16lbs of boost. Also when building the engine make sure to keep your compression around 9.1:1, w/ 16cc dished pistions, or 9.5:1 is good as well.

What clutch is recommended for 550rwhp?

centerforce dfx or spec stage 2+
