5000.00 bucks
ie did not include 7qt oil pan, gaskets, arp bolts and such everything else will be carried over from my present 4.6 motor

so far as with the vortech going with a 2.xx size pulley and i am almost completely done with my diy fmic just have to finish the pipping and get a mini-bypass

i will have to sell my longtube headers since they will not fit the 5.4l block

o well :D
