building suggestions

hey guys just wanted some advice and suggestions on my build before I start putting time and money into it... I bought a 87 302 awhile back and got a really good deal on a 347 block that was already machined for the 347 stroker kit.. I still need to order the complete stroker kit and I found one that offers recess pistons with a compression ratio of 9.0 and flat top pistons with a ratio of 10.2.1 (64cc domes) I have a paxton supercharger that im planning on using and e303 cam and 1.7 roller rockers the last thing iI still have to buy is aluminum heads which I also need suggestions on.. which pistons will best fit for me I want lower compression ratio if im gonna be supercharging it right? any other suggestions? I appreciate it thanks

i would keep it low with the blower. on the he heads i would do afr 185 or tw heads. if u dont have it all ready i would add a bigger fuel pump and adj reg

as far as the 347 stroker kit.. does it matter if i have a cast crank or forged crank when running boost? the rods and pistons are all forged but the kit I was looking at comes with a cast crank

u can get a kit from them. they say its good to 550 hp and i think the block would be close to its max. some blocks seem stronger than others. u can get the afr 185 to a 68cc and that will give u a 8.70 comp ratio

go Probe kit with dish pistons to get u 9:1CR, Scat 4340 crank and probe 4340 I beam rods with 7/16" rod bolt. i run this kit in my 331. spins up real fast with a romac ultralite damper and fidenza aluminum flywheel.

go 205cc head, TFS or AFR, TFS-R intake and a custom cam. forget the e. It does not even belng in a 302. 400 to the tire. NA.

The e cam works surprisingly well in boosted applications! One friends car has been 10.35@ 131 stock block, performer rpm heads, e cam, novi 2000 w/ renagade pulley. My brothers car has been 10.90 @ 125, stock block, stock junk yard internals, tw heads, e cam, v3 si stock pulleys! both cars had c4's 8" converters and 3/73 gears.
