I just purchased a Bullitt gauge cluster and am curious if anyone knows what I need to do to prepare this for installation in a 2000 GT. Do I need to get it reprogrammed and does anyone know what that might cost?

You don't have to have anything programmed, just swap out the printed circuit board from your cluster, just be sure not to bend or break any pins. The hardest part will be getting the headlight knob off. I just did this myself, it doesn't take too long.

I second this. Just switch the circuit board. Also, once you have it in use the guage diagnostic function to check and see if the tach and speedo are correct.
