Bullitt Intake on an 99 F 150 4.6

Can you swap a Bullit intake onto a F-150 4.6??

I don't see why not. The 4.6 would have to be the PI version.

I think you would loose alot of low-end though as IIRC the runners on the truck 4.6 intakes are alot longer. Whereas, the bullitt ones are shorter.

it will fit, there will be issues because the bullitt intake faces the other way. i dont think its what you would want on a truck because there will be a severe loss in low end torque.

The real question would be if the Bullit intake fits a 5.4.

You are correct! He wants to take it to the track. Blower is also in the works. It won't be for hauling funiture!

the bullitt does not fit the 5.4. the heads are farther apart on the 5.4 than the 4.6, however im sure you can make adapter plates to make it work.
