All summer i thought i would be saving for an 05' mustang until about a month ago i decided that im not really crazy about that body style..

I just got done payin off my 2001 v6 stang that i am sick of due to the slowness of it..

I didn't wanna get the 04' GT cause everyone has one, at least there aren't too many mach's around.. plus the HP difference ... So im picking up my mach 1 tomorrow (8/31/04).. I'm so excited..

well anyway, now all i need to do is learn how to drive stick.. haha, im not too worried about that.. all i need to know is how to get into first..

Any words of wisdom on my new purchase?

don't let the mod bug bite u to soon, go out and enjoy it. You will love the attention you get when driving it.

What color did you get?

Have fun

Congrats! You should really enjoy the Mach1, words of wisdom . . . . hum, Kurt may have said it all, I got bit by the mod bug the first month I had mine. Even though I thought the car was fine stock. It only took 1 mod to get it all started.

Then last month my Son got a new GT so it's been helping me to not mod mine with all the things we are doing to his .

Enjoy the new ride.

Congrats!

Take it easy though for the first few thousand, big diffrence going from a v-6 to a 4vDOHC. Good luck with your new ride and stop by Mach1registery.com to register your ride! I also got cold feet with the 05 and went and located a mach1

Hey guys.. its me.. sorry i haven't gotten back so soon..

when i bought it on the 31st.. i have done nothin but drive it around..

I learned how to drive stick pretty well.. racing stick is a different story.. ...

my friends taught me how to launch it and stuff like that, so im gettin there..

I got the azure blue color and have gotten lots of compliments on that color and i also get many looks while driving it.. I'm absolutly in love with the car..

The only mod i see me doing now is getting a shifter cause my friends told me thats the first thing i should get to save my trans, esp since im just learning stick..

after the shifter i probably wont get much till next spring..

I'll try to get some pics of it as soon as possible..
