Buying Parts

Hey I'm new here...I ahve had my mustang for just over 2 years now. It has alot of miles and I am looking to get new things and power. I was looking into the trickflow EFI kit, plus throttle body, fuel pump and injectors. What do you guys think of this? Or do you have any other suggestions to spend about $3000. Thanks

Joe

yes that combo would be good, or go for some bolt ons and suspension, and tires, sus. and tires will help u alot with those two things really good hp dosent matter ud get awsome traction and thats what its all about, with a stock motor and an awsome suspension and awsome drag tires u could be in the low 13's just my guess, but like i said with 3k i would do some bolt ons and suspension and tires and u could be flying, or if u dont do track to much go with that combo for the numbers

turbo? haha thats alot to take care of just my opinion i dont like turbos, to tell u the truth i would look at what trick flow has with combos and stuff, they have some combos that can give u more then 300hp, not sure what that cam is either im kinda new to the specific stuff also, that combo is also good that wystang said afr heads are good, i think the 185 is more for track right? and 165 is more for street, like i said i dont know what kind of cam that is, i think ford has good cams, not sure about that intake, i would look at the trick flow intake, or the new bbk intake that cost around 550 bucks its brand new with new technology and stuff and comes with high performance fuel rails, its suposed to give great perf. gains, havent seen any numbers yet, like i said its brand new
