Buying Used '11 V6 Perf Pkg W/sync - What To Get?

I'm buying a used 2011 Mustang ...

Besides the title and keys - do I need anything else
from the previous owner? I'm not at all read on SYNC,
don't know if there are any codes/etc that I would need
to know.

2011 V6, Premium, Comfort, Appearance, PERFORMANCE Pkg
I should finalize the deal on this tonight.

There's nothing owner specific about SYNC, so it's not like you'll be locked out of anything. The only thing that really would be different is that if one of the keys is programmed, but you can change that yourself. If the previous owner added a phone (or any other Bluetooth device) to SYNC, they may want to delete it since SYNC can store contact info and such.

Thanks - then I'm good. Got two keys, a thick stack of
manuals in a nice cover.

There will be contacts in SYNC - ok, I'll work on reading
the manuals and do a reset or factory reset of the SYNC.

There is a way to register your SYNC online for various features like turn by turn directions, service messages, etc....Not sure if that is password protected, or anything like that since I didn't and probably never will do any of that.

Another thing you might need is the ESN# for the satellite radio.
